Job Responsibilities

• Design event layout plans held in MICE and other areas in property for clients, internal stakeholders and submissions to relevant authorities using CAD (Computer Aided Design) and drafting software like AutoCAD & CAST WYSIWYG
• Modification and revision of layouts of areas in property that are renovated and as built on site
• Produce detailed design drawings and specifications for custom made ancillaries or renovations to existing AV (Audio-Visual) setup and/or fixtures
• Design, conceptualize and create event technical layouts depicting AV setup (truss, lighting, audio, video etc.)
• Produce render videos and images for event design visualization
• Ability to understand and design based on verbal instructions given by HODs or reporting manager
• Understand and handle designing and drafting assignments with minimal supervision
• Video content creation using Unreal Engine & Adobe Premiere Pro
• Supporting Planning & Production Team in AV and content design
• Carry out and fulfil relevant tasks assigned by senior peers and leaders
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships and professional communication skills with team members and client contacts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Diploma in Media, AV, IT Programming

Experience

• 2D & 3D drafting (in any field)
• Drafting Software – AutoCAD, SketchUp
• Video Editing Software – Adobe Premiere Pro
• Design Software – Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Basic Computer – Microsoft Office
