JOB SCOPE

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct Service Excellence (SE) content research and develop learning materials (e.g., toolkits, guides, case studies).
  • Design, develop and deliver SE training programs and activities.
  • Conduct departmental learning needs analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Provide SE consultancy to internal branches.
  • Plan and schedule TMs for value-added external courses to enhance the department’s level of competency in the service aspect.
  • Carry out quality control measures via systematic checks, inspections, periodic reviews and audits to validate the transfer of SE skills back to the workplace.
  • Plan and prepare activity and progress reports, e.g., ad-hoc training evaluation report from learners feedback, monthly training progress report, yearly training report etc.
  • Assist manager in digital transformation initiatives, e.g., explore interactive digital tools for training effectiveness/enhance learners experience, going paperless etc.
  • Support the development, administration and coordination of overall training efforts for Marina Bay Sands and Security Service Department.
  • Liaise with vendor on implementation of SE training program at Marina Bay Sands.
  • Perform all other tasks as directed by Vice President, Security Service Department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A recognized university degree/diploma in Training, Human Resource (Training & Development) or Tourism related discipline.
  • Possesses Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of Training and Development experience.
  • Proficient in curriculum development, training delivery and evaluation techniques.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering train-the-trainer programs.
  • Track record of communicating and working effectively with mid to senior level management.
