The Business and Innovation (B&I) team plays a critical role in driving growth and elevating offerings at these Attractions. The team’s mission is to strategically identify new business opportunities while maximizing existing revenue streams. The new role of Senior Manager/Manager of Business & Innovation will provide key leadership within the Attractions department. The post-holder will lead in driving growth, elevated offerings and enhancements to the Attractions.
The successful candidate will support the Director of Attractions and lead the Business and Innovation team in identifying new strategic initiatives while maximizing existing revenue streams, along with managing programming and events at Attractions. By operating at the intersection of commerce and creativity, the role will ensure that the Attractions at Marina Bay Sands thrive in the current market and evolve to meet future challenges. |
